CADET UMPIRES

SPRING 2021 CADET UMPIRE PROGRAM

 DATES TO BE ANNOUNCED FOR ACADEMIC AND FIELD MECHANICS CLASSES

  • Cadets must be League Age 13 or older.
  • New Cadets need to attend one academic class plus one field mechanics class in order to take the exam.
  • Returning cadets need to attend one field mechanics classes in order to take the exam.
  • Anyone who wants to attend our umpire classes to umpire this spring must sign-up using the online form.

The cost of the course is $35 to cover the cost of the new umpire shirt and hat.   We will also be collecting a postdated check of $100 for equipment rental to be returned after we get the equipment back.

Cadet Umpires Should Note The Following:
  • First year umpires will need to attend our umpire training classes before they can umpire.
  • First year umpires are eligible to umpire Minor League Boys and Girls games and Major Boys and Girls (Bases).
