To Register, click on the REGISTER button on the MLL Home Page, login to your account, or if new to the program, create a new account!

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO UPLOAD A COMPLETED LITTLE LEAGUE MEDICAL WAIVER  (Click here to download)

You will also be requested to upload the following IF YOU HAVE NOT PREVIOUSLY DONE SO IN PRIOR SEASONS

-       Birth certificate and EITHER,

            A. Completed school enrollment form (click here to download), OR

            Proof of residency by uploading three (3) documents - one from each of the groups below
